To download, Click on "ISO IMAGE" on the right side and download both files.

Then, burn the ISO files to blank DVDs.

Connect a USB DVD drive to the VAIO UX and insert disk 1.

Press F2 to enter the BIOS and make sure that "External drive boot" is turned on.

Then, boot off the disk and start the recovery process.
