VAIO UX Plaza is a community website that aims to help users with restoring older Sony VAIO UX computers. These computers were sold between 2006-2008 and are also known as UMPC or Hand-Held PC.

The website is created by Arjan Vlek, a Java software developer living in the Netherlands. In 2020, I’ve acquired one of these tiny little computers and restored it to its original software.
Given how rare these computers nowadays are, and how hard it was to find the right software for them, I came up with the idea to make a website about it. And so, VAIO UX Plaza was born.
